About Our Clinic| Why do you have password-protected areas on our website? |
Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password. |
| What are your hours of operation? |
Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m.– 7:00 p.m. Appointments are booked from 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Saturday we are open from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., with appointments starting at 10:00 a.m. and going until 1:30 p.m. We are closed on Sunday. Please call 416-223-1165 to book a convenient appointment time. *** Please note that phones are answered from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Outside these times, a message can be left on the answering service. |
| What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open? |
Any after hours emergencies can be directed to The Veterinary Emergency Clinic - North (416-226-3663) or The Veterinary Emergency Clinic - South (416-920-2002). If an emergency arises during business hours, please call if possible prior to arriving. An emergency fee may apply and there may be a wait to be seen, depending on how busy it is when you arrive. Every effort will be taken to assess and address your pets needs and status upon your arrival. |
| Where is your clinic located? |
We are conveniently located in central North York near Yonge St. and Hwy 401. Please refer to the "Our Location" section under "About Our Clinic" for detailed driving and public transit directions. |
| How do I get my password? |
You may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at 416-223-1165. Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password. |
